The difference between the PLN-24™ profile and N-24 profile is the method of sidelap attachment; the panels themselves are identical in both geometry and material properties. The prefix "PL" designates a PunchLok® II version of the N profile, while N alone indicates a top seam weld or button punch version of the same profile. Same day pick up or next day delivery.
Looking For Metal Floor Deck? We Offer A Variety Of Gauges, Lengths, and Depths.
PLN-24 profiles are 3-inch deep structural roof deck that provide both vertical load and diaphragm shear capacity. The profile contains 3 ribs and is 24 inches wide with male and female edges, creating an interlocking side lap when installed. The 3-inch deep ribs make N deck ideal for longer span conditions where B deck falls short. N deck is typically used for span conditions greater than 10 feet or a specific aesthetic look. The narrow low flutes and wide high flutes of N Deck create a very uniform look from the bottom side.
PLN-24 Deck is 3" deep and is available in galvanized and prime painted finishes. N Deck is good in stock in the following gauges 20, 18, 16 Gauge.
Immediate availability of Verco PLN-24 Deck roof decking in lengths ranging from 20'-6" to 35'-6". Verco PLN-24 Deck material can be custom run to longer or shorter lengths if needed.
